Service Description
Mixed Ages 12-30 months. Messy Art is awesome! Class is a great mix of energetic, rocking interactive music, baby sign..... plus messy art + sensory play! A perfect, class for ones and two ready for more - a great, hands-on first art class with sensory. exploration and creativity! Taught by an infant and toddler specialist, early childhood teacher and musician, this is a FUN, holistic baby enrichment class -- using purposeful ASL vocabulary to support baby's language, social emotional and communication skills development. Social emotional and positive praise signs are an integral and upbeat part of class. Signing also increases your bond and reduces tantrums as your child is able to express their wants and needs. Sign is a wonderful thing to do with your baby and toddler! Sign is taught in a fun in the moment, responsive way, as well as with fun signing class songs that make it easy to learn and incorporate sign into your daily routine with your baby. Throughout class focuses on and shares ways of supporting your baby's language, social emotional and cognitive development. Your teacher also shares tips and insights on how to use signing to empower and support your baby and toddler's sense of self and confidence - as well as to express themselves and ask for their wants and needs.
