A fun engaging, creative, class for kids who are ready for some preschool style learning and activities. Sunshine Studio Prep is a wonderful online alternative for parents who are waiting to begin in-person Preschool Alternative or Two's or Three's Program.

Class is full of fun activities, interaction, positive reinforcement and caring attention, to support children’s self-confidence as we connect, laugh, create, play and learn together.

Class includes preschool activities, adapted for an at-home online class setting, with interactive music time, engaging hands on art and science, story time and more!

We will sing about our letters and numbers, count, sort colors and shapes, sing about days of the week, and explore weekly learning themes with fun, playful learning.

Parents get easy to do, manageable, before class prep and after class links, with printable sheets and fun thematic and guided play activities to continue and repeat class' themes during the week.

A Child & Adult together class.

Adults stay and supervise their child during class. It is a special, dedicated time together. There are also fun learning and play activities for you to do together between classes to extend the class lesson themes and support confidence and early skill development.

Class Details: Classes are typically 50 minutes together in the virtual class, plus parents get links and some fun printables or short thematic videos, and easy play-to-learn activity suggestions for during the week. Optional extra activities - don't worry it's not "homework" - that are easy ways to help you in repeating and extending the learning and play themes from class. Repetition and reminders of class learning themes are great for supporting children's comprehension and confidence. Plus, you get fun activities to do during the week! Any class prep or projects are easy to source and - for busy parents  - easy to clean up and manage at home.

Small Groups for individual attention: Class are filled with lots of individual attention, encouragement and sense of connection. Respect for the child, inclusion and responsiveness are all part of our group social experience. Private group classes available, please email to inquire.

Class Is For Two Of You Together: There is no separation. Parents and Caregivers remain solely responsible for their child's participation, safety and well being at all times.

Class Materials:  There are some basic supplies, like crayons or markers, washable non-toxic kid's paint, brush and paper. Toys like stacking blocks, a baby doll, and some basics you likely already have. There's also easy DIY I-have-no-time-to-shop for class supplies variations (we get it!) that use common materials from the kitchen.

Make Ups: Missed Classes are welcome to be made up if there is an available Drop In Class, that is already scheduled. Make ups are not guaranteed and are based on current availability.
