Class Rules & Reminders:

• Adult caregivers must stay with their child at all times and they remain solely responsible for their child's participation, well being and safety at all times. All class activities are voluntary and are solely up to the child's caregiver's discretion. You know your child best.

• Please do not come to class if adults or your child are sick or showing any signs of illness. Stay home and get well - and help avoid spreading illnesses - and come back when everyone is well.

​

• Art Class: Please dress for mess and using art materials. Yeah, we know, it's mostly common sense... and you've likely already thought of a schleppy t-shirt that your kid can wear to paint in. But it's best to mention it. Sometimes people don't realize it, or they forget to dress for art.

​

• Washable paints are used, but nonetheless stains are possible with any paint and your teacher, Sunshine Babies & Kids, and Artsink are not responsible for any damage to your child or your clothes (in the unlikely event of damage). Washable paints are of course used but stains are still possible.

​

• FYI regular detergent and/or just rubbing are how we get any stains out ourselves. Easy peasy

​

• Waiver & Release: By attending class you agree to these rules and release your class' teacher, and Artsink NY,  Sunshine Babies & Kids from any liability or responsibility for you or your child's wellbeing or safety during and after class.
